We take great care sourcing our ingredients from artisan Irish producers, including as many local suppliers as possible. The result is a menu of simple, refined dishes which allow the true personality of these exceptional foods to shine through. Our presentation adds another layer of regional character to each meal: we work closely with local artists in wood and ceramic to create bespoke pieces, including some sourced from our own woodlands and some inspired by the river Maigue which flows through the estate. Our goal is to give you a genuine taste of the best that Irish cuisine can offer, served in an unforgettable setting.

The Tack Room serves an exceptional menu of tempting light bites, served from 5pm until 9pm. Every item has been carefully crafted for savouring and sharing. Artisan cheeses and charcuterie and elevated versions of favourites such as beef sliders and chicken skewers offer an elegant accompaniment to the most sophisticated drinks.
